    Worship & Student Pastor

    Jeff's aim is to “equip the saints for the work of ministry” (Eph. 4:12), by leading them to know, love, and apply the Word of God through corporate worship, teaching, and personal discipleship. Before coming to RPBC in 2017, Jeff served in pastoral ministry in local churches and in an itinerant capacity for several years. In that time he also attended Liberty University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in music and worship, and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned a Master of Divinity degree. Jeff is married to Alyssa, and they have one daughter, Selah.

  • Pam Smith

    Nursery Director

    Pam has been a member of Rocky Point for 17 years. During that time she has taught children's Sunday School, AWANA, VBS, GA's and volunteered in the nursery. When Pam was at a youth camp she felt God calling her to ministry. After several years of working in Insurance, being a Stay-at-Home Mom, and working at Rocky Point Christian Academy, she fulfilled her calling and became the Children's Minister at Rocky Point. Pam has a passion for working with children and helping them grow in the Lord. Her husband Brandon works in Real Estate and serves as a Deacon in the church. They have three children Zane, Shyla and Jayci.

  • Carmen Snyder

    Administrative Assistant

    Carmen has been a member of Rocky Point Baptist Church since 2004. She loves singing with the worship team, as well as being on the women's ministry team. After being a foster parent for 9 years she was ready to move in a different direction. God had a great plan and Carmen joined the staff as the administrative assistant in April 2013. Carmen has been married to her wonderful husband, Dustin since 1991, and they have three beautiful children, Paisley, Storm and Nick.

  • Sharon Harris

    Director of Rocky Point Wee School

    Sharon serves as the Director of Rocky Point Wee School as well as a 4-year-old pre-school teacher. She has been at RPWS since 2004. She is married to Troy and they have 2 daughters: Hannah and Lainey. The Harris’ have attended Rocky Point Baptist Church since 1993. She enjoys photography, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family. She and her family love Texas Ranger’s baseball and cheering for the Yellow Jackets and the Honeybees.
