Jeff's aim is to “equip the saints for the work of ministry” (Eph. 4:12), by leading them to know, love, and apply the Word of God. Jeff has served as Lead Pastor since 2019. He previously served as Pastor of Worship and Students from 2017–2019. He attended The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned a Master of Divinity degree, as well as Liberty University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in music and worship. Jeff is married to Alyssa, and they have four children. Jeff and Alyssa enjoy ministering together through biblical counseling and personal disciple-making.

Growing up in Northwest Arkansas, Dustin developed a deep appreciation for the local church and the life-changing power of God’s Word. He is passionate about helping individuals and families grow in spiritual maturity and experience the hope and transformation found in the gospel. Dustin has served in student, pastoral, and counseling ministries in a variety of church contexts since 2013.

Carmen has been a member of Rocky Point Baptist Church since 2004. She loves singing with the worship team, as well as being on the women's ministry team. After being a foster parent for 9 years she was ready to move in a different direction. God had a great plan and Carmen joined the staff as the administrative assistant in April 2013. Carmen has been married to her wonderful husband, Dustin since 1991. They have three beautiful children, Paisley, Storm and Nick, as well as four grandbabies.

Sharon serves as the Director of Rocky Point Wee School as well as a 4-year-old pre-school teacher. She has been at RPWS since 2004. She is married to Troy and they have 2 daughters: Hannah and Lainey. The Harrises have attended Rocky Point Baptist Church since 1993. She enjoys photography, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family. She and her family love Texas Ranger’s baseball and cheering for the Yellow Jackets and the Honeybees.

Marty has been a member of Rocky Point since 2002 along with her husband Ronnie, who is a deacon. They have two children, Bailey and Case. Marty has served in various ministries throughout the years and currently serves in women's ministry and college ministry. Before working at the church, Marty spent twelve years as a retail hardware store manger and three years in purchasing in the building industry. Her hobbies are reading, watching baseball, and cheering for her kids in whatever sport they participate in.
